Export Lists The Export Bird List option can be used
to export a list from the SA Map, Source List module, Personal List module, Ringer's
List module and Photographer's List module. In each of these modules you will click
on [In/Out] and select "Export" (SA Map, Source List, Ringer's List and
Photographer's List), "Export Text" or "Export ADU" (Personal
List). The Export function will enable you to export a source list or a list you
have created to a destination outside the program.

SA Map, Source List, Ringer's List and Photographer's List Export
In these modules you can export a source list or a list that
you have created.
Personal List Export
In this module you have the choice to export the a list you have created in the
format above (Export Text option) or in a format that resembles the data required
by the Avian Demographic Unit for their BIRP (ADU Export option). In the Personal
List module click [In/Out] and select either "Export Text" or "Export
ADU".
- Export Text
This export works the same way as the export described above
(SA Map, Source List, Ringer's List and Photographer's List Export). The only difference
is that there additional "Available Report Items" that pertain to your
personal lists (date, place, view, class, code, in life list, life list date, life
list place).
- ADU Export
This export enables you to export a bird list
with information that is required by the ADU for their Birds in Reserves Project
(BIRP). This information includes: PA Code, Observer no., Name, Address, Telephone
nos, habitats and additional info.
