Please note: You need to deregister your software before transferring the
program to another PC, reformatting your hard drive, or anything else of this nature.
How to deregister:
On the PC where the software is currently registered, start the program.
For the PC:
In the menu bar at the top of the screen, select Help -> Deregister -> Online
or by phone. Please be advised that when using the "by phone"
option, that you need to contact our Support Desk telephonically on 031 266 5948.
If you do not see this option, please update your software. You can download updates
here. For the
PDA:
Make sure the original PDA is connected. Select 'Uninstall / Deregister' -> 'De-register
PDA online' or by phone. Please be advised that when using the "by phone"
option, that you have to contact our Support Desk telephonically on 031 266 5948.
If you do not see this option, please update your software. You can get more information
about updates here.
